ABANDONED Rutland Prison Camp in Rutland , Massachusetts ( FOUND HUMAN REMAINS )

Join us as we go explore an abandoned prison camp in Rutland, MA.

The Rutland Prison Camp was built in 1903 and was used to detain prisoners with minor charges. The inmates here would actually work on the farm growing crops and raising livestock. The crops grown here as well as the milk from the cows were sold to the the neighboring towns. Many of the inmates here died of tuberculosis so they eventually built a hospital at the camp to take care of all the sick inmates. The prison camp was built on the drainage area for the towns water supply which caused the land to be unusable for farming so the camp was abandoned in 1934. Since the camp closed, many people have reported seeing ghostly figures as well as hearing strange and unexplained noises.
