I am using William Fox Rhubarb Syrup in this video, but of course you can adapt these recipes with other Rhubarb Puree or Syrups. Of course you could even take these recipes and use a Rhubarb Gin or Rhubarb Vodka. Or even a Rhubarb and Ginger gin!
