Join me for 15 minute gentle pilates routine to ease the symptons of Fibromyalgia and other forms of chronic pain. These pilates exercises are to help you mobilise the body, build strength slowly and gently and to ease the pain that comes with a chronic condition. Beacuse chronic pain can be different every day and vary from person to person I would encourage you to listen to your body, do what you can and if you feel you can't do it all, try and stay with the breathing for the duration of the vidoeo as this will really help release the tension that comes form living with pain.
