Smoked Steak on the Bronco Pro

Today we have another steak video, but on the Oklahoma Joe Bronco Pro! (assisted by my portable stove).

This is one of the very few times I have smoked a steak so go easy on me. Big shout out to the BBQ community for a lot of tips, I still have a lot to learn!
