This is the most complex part of the Lake Monster Detail set for the 1/1000 USS Enterprise NCC-1701-B

What’s up, Plastic Addicts?

I’ve been saving this part for (almost) last.

It is by far the most demanding of the accurate replacement parts. But, it’s the only way, short of total replacement, to get lighting effects into the lower sensor dome.

It’s not a complex process, just a time consuming one that requires patience.

And a lot of test fitting, revising, fitting, revising, etc.

But, when you have that USS Enterprise NCC-1701-B all lit up at the end…it’ll have all been worth it.
