One of the BEST technique drills for climbing

Описание к видео One of the BEST technique drills for climbing

A drop knee isn't as straight forward as you might think, there are so many nuances to it and getting one of these little aspects wrong can lead to a less successful attempt.
This video breaks down the drop knee and looks at all the difference applications and mechanics.
The position of the foot hold (for example) can have huge affects on the technique. Understanding this will mean you will have the knowledge to use it in all suitable scenarios and know what to look out for that can cause trouble.

We couldn't find another video on the internet that breaks the drop knee down successfully. This is to be your one-stop shop for the drop knee!
