Jim Power The Lost Dimension - Real Sega Mega Drive (Genesis) Gameplay

Описание к видео Jim Power The Lost Dimension - Real Sega Mega Drive (Genesis) Gameplay

Game was originally developed and published by Loriciel SA in 1993 for Super Nintendo and MS-DOS PCs. Only in 2014, the never published. Due to the death of the original programmer Fernando Velez in 2016 (may he rest in peace), it took until 2019 to sort out IP rights and finally do a Kickstarter campaign to release the game.

With my first recording, I managed to get into the final stage VII on "easy" difficulty. But boy, this game is hard..!! And sometimes the stage design is "design from hell", unfair at times. But what is still motivating to oversee these game design glitches is that the game's audiovisual design is pure delight. It features gorgeous graphics not often seen in this colorfulness on the Mega Drive / Genesis, and a great soundtrack by maestro Chris Hülsbeck.

Recording Equipment:
- Japanese Mega Drive Model 1 HAA-2510 with RGB out
- Framemeister xRGB-mini (HDMI out 720p60 w/ scanlines active)
- AVerMedia Live Gamer Mini GC311
recorded with [email protected] (H.264)
