I used Mr. Clean Magic Eraser to remove an autograph from a baseball. I had some baseballs with autographs in the wrong place on the baseball, having no connection to the game indicated on the ball, etc. Not every autograph was successfully removed.

Note that I am NOT doing this for the purpose of reselling a baseball such as removing the personalization. However I realize that does happen and that the autograph dealers probably already know about this method to removing ink from a baseball.
