रोज़मरहा की जिंदगी में, सब लोग कही भाग रहे हैं, किस मक्सद से भाग रहे हैं, कैयोको खुद ही पता नहीं. बस सब भाग रहे हैं तो , हम भी भाग रहे हैं. अगर आप ज़िन्दगी की भागदौड़ से रिलेट करते हो, तो स्लो down a bit, enjoy small moments of life, like smelling coffee or chai, smile more, help others, travel, read, write. Choose what you want to spend time on instead of just running after something all the time.
