Kamal Kakdi is the stem of the lotus plant and can be used to make a variety of dishes. Today we will show you how to make easy & tasty Kamal kakdi sabzi.

Ingredients:

2 TBSP OIL
HING A PINCH
1 CUP ONIONS
1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
100g lotus roots
1/2 TSP turmeric powder
1 TSP red chilli powder
1/2 TSP coriander powder
1/2 TSP CUMIN POWDER
Salt to taste
50ml water
1 TSP GARAM MASALA
2 TBSP Curd
Saute

Method:
In a pan add oil and let it heat.
Now add hing, onion, ginger garlic paste, kamal kakdi and mix them.
Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and water. Mix them well and cook for 10 min.
At last add garam masala, surd and mix them. Don't cook for more then 5 min.
