A powerful blast in a multi-storey building has killed at least five people and wounded 20.

It’s still unclear what caused the huge explosion in the southern port city of Karachi, Pakistan.

Desperate efforts are being made to try and save people trapped under the rubble.

Police are investigating whether a gas cylinder on the second floor of the building caused the blast.
