Only 58,946 miles have been put on this 87' super car classed Grand National, which has been maintained and in storage since 1992. The Grand National package dates back to 1982 when it was introduced on the Regal. Legend status did not start until the 1986 model year when the 3.8L Turbocharged V6 engine gained an intercooler and impressive power was displayed. By 1987 the Grand National 3.8L Turbo V6 was rated at a very conservative 245 horsepower. Known by some to achieve 0 to 60 MPH in less than 6 seconds and a mid 13 second quarter mile time, the Grand National could destroy a Corvette of the same era, and compete if not beat Lamborghinis and Ferraris as well. The Grand National was available in any color you wanted, as long as it was black. The original black paint on this Grand National shows little wear and still holds plenty of shine. The two tone gray and black cloth interior shows almost no wear and the intercooler embroidered seats put off an extra bit of flair. Fire this 87' Grand National up and you will not be disappointed.
