Hey everyone!! Here’s a 60 min intermediate - advanced vinyasa yoga flow which is all about arm balances!! Cramming pretty much every arm balance into this class - crow, revolved crow, flying crow, flying splits / EPK 1 and 2, tittibasana / firefly, grasshopper, flying pigeon, flying lizard, 8 angle, balanced elephant, handstand, forearm stand, chinstand and probably a few more I’ve forgotten!

Includes a thorough warm up for the entire upper body and a cool down before savasana.
