The Legend of Tembo was to be a CG animated feature directed by Aaron Blaise about an African elephant that is taken by traders to India to be used as a weapon of war.
The film was cancelled after it ran into financial trouble mid-way in its production.
This a storyboard from the film.
Still chained to his work wheel Tembo escapes the village but is pursued by the several villagers. Zara the soldier elephant meets Tembo for the first time.
