Prof DP Agarwal sir has been the longest serving member and chairman of UPSC .

Prof. DP Agrawal Sir has been instrumental in revolutionizing the working of UPSC by implementing two major initiatives during his role as its Chairman:
1. First was to revamp the recruitment process of UPSC by introducing aptitude tests in the examination process.
2. Second was the introduction of e-governance initiatives at UPSC including online application process for recruitment exams.

We are extremely thankful for Prof. DP Agarwal sir for accepting our invitation to address our students in person at Bangalore centre as well as our online students.

In this session, sir has extensively addressed about the attitude expected out of a civil services aspirant and also about the civil services itself.
