Freestar Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Repair

Описание к видео Freestar Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Repair

My '04 Ford Freestar 3.9L V6 had intermittent "stalling," where it would sputter momentarily. I had a P0193 code, which is a fuel rail pressure sensor malfunction. The sensor was not working properly, causing the fuel rail to not maintain adequate pressure. Since it couldn't push enough fuel due to inadequate fuel pressure, it ran lean, triggering codes P0171 and P0174, which are lean codes for cylinders bank 1 and bank 2. I replaced the faulty sensor, which alleviated all the codes. This was approximately 2,000 miles ago and I still have no new codes.

Yes, my vacuum line setup is janky. I have the part on order.
