Ingredients :-

1 cup chana dal.
½ cup rice(colum).
1/3 cup yellow moog dal.
½ cup lauki.
1 carrot.
1 capsicum small.
½ corn.
2 big tbsp. curd(dahi).
1 tbsp.green chilli & ginger paste.
As per taste salt.
½ tbsp. turmeric powder.
½ sugar.
3 big Tbsp. oil.
1 tbsp. mustared seeds.
1 tbsp. jeera.
Some curry leaves.
½ tbsp. eno.
1/3 cup water.
Coriander chutany.
2 tbsp. raw peanuts.
50 gram coriander leaves.
As per taste salt & sugar.
1 tbsp. green chilli & ginger paste.
5 cloves garlic.
1 inch ginger.

Process:-

take a bowl add 1 cup of chana dal, 1/2 cup of rice, 1/3 cup of yellow moog dal.
Wash The Dal & Rice. Add Water & Socked for 5 Hours.
After 5 Hours Take A Mixture Jar Add Socked Chana Dal, moogdal & rice. Add 2 Big Spoon Curd(Dahi).
Crush All Ingredients & smooth batter. cover the make smooth batter and leave it 5 to 6 hours.
Take A Lauki Peel it & Grate it.
Remove The Water from Lauki.
Take A Carrot Peel it & Grate it.
Take A Capsicum Chopped Small Pcs. Take A Corn Chopped Corn Small Pcs. After 5 To 6 Hours Fluffy Batter Is Ready & Mix Well for 2 Min.
After 2 Min. Add Grated Lauki ,Carrot. Add Chopped Capsicum & Corn , add some chopped coriander leaves. Add 1 Tbsp. Ginger & Green Chilli Paste & as per taste salt.
Mix Well All Ingredients. Add 1/2 Tbsp. Turmeric Powder Mix Well. Start Flame & Take A Tadka Kadai Add 3 Big Tbsp. Oil.
Once oil is a heat add 1 tbsp. mustard seeds & 1 tbsp. jeera. Add Some Curry Leaves, tadka is a ready. Some Tadka Add To Dhokla Batter & Mix Well. 1/2 Tbsp. Suger & Mix Well.
Add 1/2 Tbsp. Eno And Add 1/3 Cup Water, mix well all ingredients. Take A Dish Add Mustard Seed & Jeera Tadka.
Add Dhokla Batter In A Plate. Add Tadka In Dhokla Batter.
Take A Steam Cooker,Cooker Is Heat Ad Dhokla Plate, steam 20 min. medium flame.
Take A Mixure Jar Add 2 Tbsp. Raw Peanuts & Crush Smooth Powder.take A 5 Cloves Garlic, Add 50 Gram Coriander Leaves. 1 Inch Chopped Ginger. 1 Tbsp.Green Chilli & Ginger Paste. As Per Taste Salt & Sugar.
Crush The Chutany and yout Smooth Chutany Is Ready.
Add 2 Drop Lemon juice & Mix Well.
After 20 Min. dhokla is a ready.
Apply The Oil & Cooldown 10 Min. After 10 Min.
Cut The Dhokl Square Shape. Soft & Tasty Dhokla Is A Ready.
