🚨 Recipe 🚨
Ingredients:

1 box of pie crust (shortcut)
1/2 cup (4ox) softened cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1 tbsp lime zest
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves; packed
1 .5g mint & lime distillate syringe (1:1 THC/CBD)

Preparation:
-preheat oven to 450 and prebake pie crust in your tart pan for 10-12 min or until lightly browned
-once finished allow to cool a bit and bring oven temp down to 350.
-in a large bowl combine cream cheese, egg yolks and condensed milk and beat with a hand mixer until smooth
-in a cup or container muddle your mint leaves with a splash of lime juice then strain and discard the mint
-if you are infusing oils, this is the time to add to our cream cheese mixture
-Go in with your lime zest and juice and give it a final mix until smooth
-Fill tart shell with our mixture and place in the 350 oven for 15 min or until just set in the middle. DO NOT OVER BAKE
-Let it cool to room temp then transfer into the fridge until firm
-Slice and serve with some fresh whipped cream, garnish with fresh mint and lime zest
-Enjoy

Notes:
DISCLAIMER In order to but medical marijuana in FL you must be a medical patient.
-The mint and lime distillate I used is a 1:1 version which means it contains both THC & CBD which brings two sets of benefits! The stats are 187 mg of THC and 237 mg of CBD so you will get the effects of the THC but also the relief of the CBD making it a great combo to not be overwhelmed by the THC content.
-Now you might ask how much THC per serving right? You will control the serving size and ultimately the amount of THC in each bite. Simply divide the total mg of THC by how many slices you planned to have. Most edibles will contain a max of 10mg per. I cut this into 7 slices so my portions were 26mg per slice.
-Please be mindful of dosing, as no one knows your body more than you!
-Always wait at least 2 hours before redosing! Your body may take longer than others to feel the effects.
