Recipe 1:

3 eggs.
150 g sugar (3/4 cup).
a little vanilla.
120 ml oil (1/2 cup).
240 ml milk (1 cup).
300 grams flour (2 cups).
15 g baking powder.
3 chopped apples
Grated lemonPeel
1 chapped apple
20 gr butter
2 tbs sugar
Almond flakes
Dried cherries

24 cm baking dish.
Bake for 40to 50 minutes at 175° C.

2-3 pieces
Bake for 40to 50 minutes at 160° C.
