Afterglitch: Finding Inspiration Outside of Space (Game Days 2021)

Learn about the genesis of a computer game, which is inspired by utopian science fiction illustrations from the second half of the 20th century and the theme of hyperspace in modern art. The author will share his six-year journey from the original idea to the realization of the upcoming experimental exploratory sci-fi title.

Vladimír Kudělka (CZ)
Vladimír Kudělka (* 1985) is a Czech artist and creator of computer games. He graduated from the Multimedia Studio at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Brno University of Technology. He is the author of the video game Rememoried (PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, Mac, Linux), which received the Czech Game of the Year 2015 award for the Artistic Contribution to Czech Gaming category. He is currently preparing a new title, Afterglitch, and is also creating large-scale interactive installations based on video game themes.
