How BAD are soldering fumes?

Banggood.com sent me this air quality meter which detects very small particles in the air. Being that I live in Canada, specifically in a part where the air quality stays fairly good, I decided to see how many particles are released when soldering. Then It's time to test a commonly recommended method for dispersing solder fumes!
