Healthy Chocolate Bark

Dark chocolate (melted)- ½ cup
Walnuts - 50 gm
Almonds - 50 gm (soaked, peeled & sliced)
Pumpkin seeds - ¼th cup
Sunflower seeds - ¼th cup
Melon seeds - ¼th cup
Quinoa - ¼th cup

Method:-
Line an aluminium tray with parchment paper.
Heat a pan over a medium flame & toast the walnuts till you get a nutty fragrance, then transfer on the chopping board to cool down.
Now, toast all the seeds together while constantly tossing them till slightly golden and crunchy to the touch, then transfer to a mixing bowl.
Now add the quinoa to the pan and toast till it starts to pop.
Once done, add to the same bowl.
Now, chop the toasted walnuts and add to the bowl along with the sliced almonds.
Add melted chocolate to the bowl and mix till all the ingredients get well coated.
Transfer the mixture onto the lined aluminium tray and spread to a thin and even layer.
Keep the tray in the refrigerator to set for 30-40 mins
Once the chocolate is set, remove the tray from the refrigerator. Break the bark into pieces of your preferred size.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep it fresh and crunchy.
