it is hard workout because we have 15 sec rest only and 45 sec on so it is gonna be killier and I promise that u gonna feel ur muscles at the beginning 😂 This kind of workout helps u with your coordination, strength, posture and mobility.

Trening jest intensywny ponieważ mamy tylko 15 sek przerwy a 45 sek pracy. Ten rodzaj treningu poprawia mobilność, koordynację, sile oraz postawę, obiecuje ze poczujesz cale ciało już na samym starcie.
Mam nadzieje, ze trening ci się spodoba i zostawisz po sobie łapkę w górę, subskrypcje albo komentarz 💕 bardzo mi to pomoże w rozwoju kanału 🤓
