Tutankhamun's Revenge is a flip-screen platforming arcade game for the BBC Microcomputer. It was released by Bug-Byte in 1987 and written by Mark Jarvis.

In this multi-screen platformer, you have to explore the tomb of Tutankhamun collecting keys using the left, right and jump keys. You have to return the keys to the surface at some point, once the Bank Manager deems you to have collected enough.

The game is a fairly standard arcade adventure by BBC standards - whether you like this game or not will depend on your personal taste. Graphics, sound and playability are not the greatest, but neither are they the worst. It can be quite difficult to pick some of the keys up, especially from directly underneath them. This seems to add an unnecessary level of dificulty. A level of interest is generated by wanting to see what more of the rooms are like and I recommend that you may need to map the game to get the best of it. I understand that some keys will cause other rooms in the complex to change, opening up new passages and exits so there is plenty of backtracking and explore to be done if that is what you like.

This run was made on the 27th May 2024 using the Pantheon emulator on PC. The score reached was 320 points.
