Ingredients for 12 buns
Dough :
500g wheat flour
30g sugar
5g baker's yeast
5g of baking powder
1 tbsp vegetable oil
22cl lukewarm water

Stuffing:
5 chicken thighs
12 quail eggs
10g black fungus
4 green onions
1 onion
1 tsp grated ginger
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp tapioca or corn starch
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp vegetable oil
