Museum Behind the Scenes Series: T17E1 Staghound Maintenance Run

Описание к видео Museum Behind the Scenes Series: T17E1 Staghound Maintenance Run

Our museum has been working on the restoration of the T17E1 Staghound for the Royal Canadian Dragoons for the past year. Just prior to the shut-down we were able to give it a final once-over and a successful maintenance run in our Tank Arena.

Running on both engines, power steering now working and no leaks! This historic vehicle is now ready to return to CFB Petawawa and back to the RCD Historical Vehicle Troops once the current crisis is over.

A new mini-series during this down-time to bring the museum home to you during your quarantine or self isolation. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak our museum is CLOSED

In a period of social distancing you can not visit the museum; so we will give you regular updates on how our museum works, who are our staff and volunteers, a behind the scenes look at our museum during the closure.

We hope you enjoy this series that will run for "the duration" of the current global crisis.Meet the team, learn more about our restorations, have a look "behind the curtain" at Canada's largest Tank and Military Vehicle museum.

Stay Safe out there and Enjoy.
