What Do Citra Hops Taste Like? SMaSH Beer Experiment

Evaluating a CITRA SMASH beer this week.

Our journey continues down the SMASH beer hop exploration with this week's CITRA SMASH beer.

This is such a popular hop, we were surprised we hadn't hit it yet in the list. The beer had great hints of grapefruit, orange and citrus peel; as the name would imply. Mike also pulled out some hints of grape or berries which we later in the video ascribe to reports of passionfruit in the flavor profile.
The flavor character was more pronounced than the aroma at first, but this is likely just an application issue. More late hopping would favor more aroma obviously.
