today I am sharing with you all, a new and easy way to make bread without chemicals like gluten powder and bread improver . No maida is used in this recipe. The bread comes out very soft and delicious. i hope you will like the way.

Wholewheat flour or atta- 2 cup or approx 300g
Salt - 1tsp
Sugar- 2 tbsp
Active dry yeast- 1 tsp
Salted Butter- 2 tbsp
