It was such a treat to sing with Sophia. We met through our Buddhist practice and like is so often the case with this practice, found so many serendipitous connections between us through shared experiences. This song goes straight to my heart. In Buddhism we talk about turning poison into medicine and this is one of the things that has kept me chanting throughout all the crap. Because I know that whatever challenges I'm facing are absolutely perfect for my life and exactly what I need at that point to experience my human revolution. I have been through some sticky love karma recently, but for the first time I feel safe in the conviction that there's no obstacle I can't overcome with nam myoho renge kyo on my side.

If you're interested in learning more about Buddhism I'd love to hear from you. I'm going to start having meetings on my boat to encourage women so let's make it happen.
