ABOUT THE SHOW --

The Guyver: Bio-Booster Armor (強殖装甲ガイバー, Kyōshoku Sōkō Gaibā) comprises a 12-episode anime OVA that draws loose inspiration from Yoshiki Takaya's manga, Bio Booster Armor Guyver. It was originally broadcast in Japan between 1989 and 1992, constituting the second animated adaptation, succeeding the 1986 OVA Guyver: Out of Control. This OVA series is divided into two parts and presents a compressed narrative of the initial five volumes of the manga.

Koichi Ishiguro directed the first six episodes, while Masahiro Ōtani handled episodes seven to nine, and Naoto Hashimoto oversaw episodes ten to twelve. The writing duties were split as well, with Riku Sanjo crafting the storyline for the initial six episodes, and Motonori Tachikawa taking over from episode seven to twelve. The music was a collaboration between Eiji Kawamura and Reijiro Koroku, contributing to the atmosphere of the show. The series was produced by Visual 80 and was released in Japan on September 25, 1989, until the series concluded on August 21, 1992.

To watch Tom's work and the entire series in its original L.A Hero Dub (U.S Rendition), you can find all twelve episodes of the show, 4K and remastered, here:    • The Guyver: Bio-Booster Armor (1992) ...
