Adjust Budget Cost Amount using Import & Export

BoQ cost is assigned to Primavera program to calculate Plan and Actual values based on the cost, there are instances where we need to modify the BoQ cost due to increase of decrease of prices and/or scope.

Changes can be applied using "Global change" or "Import or Export" command, there are demerits of former one (Global change) as the results are not fully in our control means we need to review the results which might be difficult for huge data and mostly there is no undo for it, whereas doing same exercise in Excel give us full control on formula and values.
