1st step: Go to either Parade or Pirate ship then exit to map, this disables teleports.
2nd step: Get to the wave with the Brute and two fencers in industrial castle.
3rd step: Let the Brute get close enough so that if he grabs you he will put you off screen.
4th step: Do either a magic jump or xyx combo and throw a bomb.
The Brute should then grab you but then drop you because the bomb hit him.
5th step: Start going to the right while doing the xyy hover combo, you will need to be in the air when you grab the telescope so that you don't get hit by the enemies during the cutscene.
