Box Breathing Relaxation Exercise | 5 Minutes Beginner Pace | Anxiety Reduction Pranayama Technique

Описание к видео Box Breathing Relaxation Exercise | 5 Minutes Beginner Pace | Anxiety Reduction Pranayama Technique

Utilize the calming effects of Box Breathing, a stress-reducing technique utilized by the U.S. Navy SEALs. The practice is also known as “resetting your breath” or "four-square breathing" and can be highly effective for people in stressful situations.

It is not necessary that your timing perfectly matches the video example. You can take shorter or longer breaths as long as you maintain the ratio - Inhale 4, Hold 4, Exhale 4, Hold 4. Try to maintain the pattern for five minutes. The more often you practice, the more effective it becomes.
