PS Pneumatic Bottle Capper

PS™ Bottle Cappers tighten screw and lug caps from 10mm to 130mm in diameter. They are an outstanding combination of everything you would want in a hand-held capping machine. They are simple to operate, comfortable to use, and provide outstanding repeatable torque accuracy. The torque output is easily adjusted by turning an external torque dial with your fingers. PS™ Capping Machines run on compressed air at 90 psi.

To cap a bottle, the operator lowers the PS™ cap tightener onto the cap to be tightened and then gives a gentle push down. The PS Bottle Capper will then tighten the cap in less than a second and then automatically shut off when it has applied the correct amount of torque to the cap.

PS™ PowerCap Package - The PS™ PowerCap Package is intended for customers that would like to use a hand-held capping machine to tighten large caps. The PowerCap Package enables the operator to tighten large caps comfortably and ergonomically. The PS™ PowerCap Package includes the PST-100 Capping Machine Support Stand and TSA-100 Torque Stabilizing Arm. Both the support stand and stabilizing arm are constructed of 304 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance.
