Milkshake IPA Yeast Experiment & Extract Recipe: Julius VS Citrus Imperial Yeasts

Milkshake IPA's are blowing up in the craft beer scene, boasting big tropical flavors. We decided to test Julius Yeast from Imperial against Citrus Yeast by splitting a 10 gallon extract Milkshake IPA into two 5 gallon fermenters and pitching the yeasts side by side.
