How to Use a Sony Touch Screen? Sony A5100

This was a major day-long project for me today. I haven't found any even half-usable instructional video on using a Sony touchscreen. This tutorial is far from perfect, but might be quite useful for the Sony community. With this video I cover, touch to shoot in photography modes, touch to MF assist both in photo and video recording, object tracking, touch to snap focus in movie mode, and face tracking.
I made this video entirely with the Panasonic FZ2000 (using its built-in stereo mike), I recorded the clips in 4K, and used Premiere Elements 14 to edit the shots and down converted to 50Mbps FHD, rendering from the 4K footage took 1 and half hours on my Surface Pro 4. I've included a couple 16:9 photos taken with the Sony A5100, and a some clips recorded with the A5100.
