These chocolate bars have become popular all over the world for their crunchy kataifi pastry and delicious pistachio cream filling. For a different twist, I also made some with Nutella.
Since I couldn't find pre-made kataifi, and I know many people in other countries might have the same problem, I decided to make it at home from scratch. This way, everyone can try making these amazing chocolate bars.
The toasted kataifi adds a crispy texture that goes perfectly with the creamy and smooth filling. Whether you prefer pistachio or Nutella, these bars are fun to make and delicious to eat!

Ingredients:

150g of kataifi pastry (store-bought or homemade)

For the Kataifi Pastry:
3/4 cup (90g) All-purpose flour
1/3 cup (38g) Cornflour
A pinch of salt
3/4 cup (180g) Water
1 Tbsp (13g) Vegetable oil

For the Chocolate Shell:
About 45g of White chocolate (15g for each drizzle color)
About 200g of Semi-sweet or milk chocolate for the shell

For the Filling:
1/3 cup (100g) Nutella
1/3 cup (100g) Pistachio cream
