✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
* Wheat Flour (गेहूं का आटा) - 2 Bowl
* Oil (तेल) - 2 Tbsp
* Ghee (घी) - 2 Tbsp
* Water (पानी) - As Required
* Yellow Daal (पीली दाल) - 1/4
* Boiled Patato (उबले आलू) - 3-4
* Oil (तेल) - Some
* Cumin (जीरा) - 1/2 Tbsp
* Fennel (सौंफ) - 1/2 Tbsp
* Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbsp
* Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbsp
* Mango powder (अमचूर पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
* Cumin Powder (जीरा) - 1/2 Tbsp
* Coriander Powder (धनिया) - 1/2 Tbsp
* Black Salt (काला नमक) - Some
* Salt (नमक) - Some
* Red Chilli Flakes (रेड चिली फ्लेक्स) - Some
* Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
* Oil (तेल) - For Frying

✍🏻RECIPE:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, keep the pan for heating, add Oil, Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Crushed Red Chili Powder, Mango Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt, and Black Salt. Saute all then add boiled and mashed Potato and boiled Moong Dal. Mix and mash with a masher. Then add Chili Flakes and Coriander Leaves. Take it out on a plate and keep it cool.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐭𝐚, take a big plate/parat, and add Wheat Flour/Atta, Salt, Refined Oil, and Ghee. Bind the dough by adding lukewarm Water gradually. Cover and keep for 20 minutes. Make dough balls and roll them long. Take one rolled chapati, and place the filling in the center. Cover as shown in the video then cut in the middle. Roll with a rolling pin and sprinkle some Black Sesame Seeds, White Sesame Seeds, Coriander Leaves, Chili Flakes, and Sweet Milk. Bake them at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes or till they turn golden and crispy. You can also shallow fry them. Serve with Chutney, Sauce, and Tea, and enjoy!
