Harley Benton RB-414 with REAL Rickenbacker Electronics! Does it Ric? - LowEndLobster Fresh Look

Hey everyone! Today we're taking a look at a project where I did... the unthinkable. We took a Ric spec wiring harness and real Rickenbacker 4003s pickups from my 4003SW (now with Joe Barden pickups) and put them in the $250 Harley Benton RB-414 "Thomannbacker" Ric inspired bass. Is this pickup swap all that this thing needs to keep up with a Real ric? Let's find out!

Edit: Looks like I had a phasing issue with the pickups. A swap of the ground/lead on one of the pickups would solve it from what I understand. Thanks for the tips!
