Resep Carabikang (untuk 24 pcs)
Bahan cairan santan:
700 ml air
200 ml santan
4 lembar daun pandan
Bahan lainnya:
300 gr tepung beras
200 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
200 gr gula pasir
2 butir telur
1 sdt garam
½ sdt vanili
½ sdm baking powder
Bahan kuah santan:
200 ml santan
50 ml air
1/8 sdt garam
Cara membuat :
1. Di dalam panci masukkan air, santan dan daun pandan, masak hingga sedikit mendidih. Biarkan hingga hangat kuku
2. Di dalam mangkuk campurkan tepung beras, terigu, gula pasir, garam, baking powder dan vanili
3. Masukkan setengah cairan santan sambil di aduk kemudian masukkan telur, aduk rata
4. Masukkan sisa cairan santan, aduk rata dan diamkan minimal 1 jam
5. Di dalam wajan masukkan santan, air dan garam, masak hingga sedikit mendidih, sisihkan
6. Sisihkan sebagian adonan di dalam mangkuk lain untuk warna hijau dan warna pink
7. Tambahkan sedikit perisa pandan, pewarna kuning dan cokelat untuk adonan hijau, aduk rata dan tambahkan sedikit perisa cocopandan untuk adonan pink, aduk rata
8. Panaskan loyang carabikang kemudian tuang adonan putih, sedikit adonan warna hijau dan pink
9. Masak hingga matang dan berongga kemudian siram dengan sedikit kuah santan. Keluarkan carabikang dari loyang
10. Carabikang siap disajikan

Carabikang Recipe (yield 24 pcs)
Coconut Milk Mixture ingredients:
700 ml water
200 ml coconut milk
4 pc pandan leaf
Other ingredients:
300 g rice flour
200 g all-purpose flour
200 g sugar
2 pc egg
1 tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla
½ tbsp baking powder
Coconut Sauce ingredients:
200 ml coconut milk
50 ml water
1/8 tsp salt
Steps:
1. In a pot, add water, coconut milk, and pandan leaf. Bring to a simmer. Let it cool to lukewarm.
2. In a bowl, mix rice flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and vanilla.
3. Pour in half of the coconut mixture while stirring, then add eggs and mix well.
4. Add the remaining coconut mixture. Mix well and let it rest for at least 1 hour.
5. In a pan, combine coconut milk, water, and salt. Bring to a simmer and set aside.
6. Set aside two portions of the batter in another bowl for green and pink colors.
7. Add a little pandan essence as well as yellow and brown colorings to the green batter. Mix well. Add a little cocopandan essence to the pink batter and mix well.
8. Heat the Carabikang mold, then pour in the white batter, followed by a little of the green and pink batter.
9. Cook until done and spongy, then drizzle with a little Coconut Sauce. Remove the Carabikang from the mold.
10. Carabikang is ready to be served.
