This is a very quick, intense and effective killer abs workout that will make your abs come out and burn.
Think about squeezing your abs all the time when you do the movements and don’t think 5 minutes are not enough. I used the best and my absolute favourite ab exercises that are the most effective for me. You can do this workout everywhere without any equipment. Combine this with other ab and fat burn workouts on my page to make your abs more visible, because the less fat percentage you have, the more your abs will come out.
