This 10 minute summer abs workout is my new favorite abs routine for a bikini figure. I included the best exercises for toned and lean abs. Do this 10 minute workout before summer to make your summer abs ready. For a flat stomach, I would recommend to do this workout for 14 days straight, everyday.
