48 Hours in the LOST COAST of CALIFORNIA - Humboldt County

Описание к видео 48 Hours in the LOST COAST of CALIFORNIA - Humboldt County

This is the home of the coastal redwood, the tallest tree in the entire world. Some of these trees reach over 30 stories high, equivalent to a Manhattan skyscraper. Many of them are thousands of years old, and yet, this is known as the lost coast of California because people don't think of it nearly as often as they do the glitz of Hollywood or the fame of the Golden Gate Bridge.

But I love this part of California, and I've been back at least eight times. The coast line is incredible, including Trinidad State Beach, Redwood national Park, eureka, Arcata, Crescent city, and so much more. This weekend journey takes you to all of these places, and shows you how we forged our dinner and ate a completely local seafood feast one night!

This is the true lost coast of California experience.
