Easy Chinese take out chicken curry recipe
Welcome back to our channel! Today, we're going to take you on a culinary journey to China with a delicious recipe for Chinese chicken curry. This dish combines the flavors of traditional Chinese cuisine with the comforting warmth of a curry. So, let's get started!
An award winning Chinese chicken Curry sauce recipe which I’ve been making for over 30 years.
This amazing Chinese curry sauce tastes much better than any chip shop curry , Chinese take away curry or Indian curry that you have ever tried .

Ingredients required:-
200 grams Chicken Fillet
1/2 Chopped onion
Frozen peas
400ml water
1/2 Chicken Stock cube
Splash of soy sauce
Splash of sesame oil
Splash of rice wine
Teaspoon of Sugar
Teaspoon of MSG

Salt to taste

Method:-
( Stage 1 )
Dice 1 large Chicken breast into small pieces
Heat wok & add 400ml of cold water.
Add a splash of soy sauce
Add in your diced chicken breast & bring to the boil.
Cook Chicken for a further 3 minutes after water starts boiling.
Then drain your Chicken & set to the side.

(Stage 2 )

To a clean wok add a splash of oil.
Add in 1/2 chopped onion
Cook for 2 minutes
Add in your frozen peas
Add in your cooked chicken
Add in a splash of soy sauce
Mix well
Add in 1 Tablespoon of curry paste

Add in 1 teaspoon of sugar
Add in 1 teaspoon of MSG
Add in 1/2 chicken stock cube
Then add 400 ml of cold water & keep stirring until you reach the desired consistency!
