Commis chef what do they do? A commis chef will be in charge of the basic food preparation jobs within the kitchen. Helping with the stock deliveries when needed. Commis chefs will be rotating the stock, making sure this is done correctly. Cleaning Fridge's really important to keep the fridge nice and clean, keep all stock rotated and keep it really, really well organized this all needs to be done correctly.
