Ingredients :
5 eggs - grade A (鸡蛋)
1/8 tsp salt (盐)
130g caster sugar (细砂糖)
150g (1 1/2 cups) plain flour(普通面粉)
1 tbsp rice flour (粘米粉)

3 tbsp pandan juice (班兰汁)
5 pandan leaves blended with 60ml of water (5片班兰叶加入60毫升水打烂)
