Where do chefs go to eat? Jun Tanaka (former head chef of Pearl) and Mark Jankel (former executive chef of First Restaurant) are the founders of Street Kitchen. They have a series of food vans across the capital that serve up gourmet food for Londoners to eat on the go. They both recommend Koya, a Japanese Udon restaurant in central London that serves their favourite, freshly made noodles.
