Il nostro obiettivo è produrre Olio Extra Vergine di oliva di qualità superiore per supportare ed ispirare CHEF ad esaltare al meglio i loro piatti .

Con lo CHEF stellato Errico Recanati , da sempre molto attento nella ricerca delle materie prime , abbiamo da molti anni una stretta collaborazione tanto che fin dalla prima uscita del nostro monovarietale di ascolana tenera SPALIA’ ha voluto contrassegnarlo con la sua firma.
