If you have been stretching your hamstrings a lot, but you haven't made much improvement and still are struggling to touch your toes, you're probably doing wrong stretching.

By the end of this video you will improve your range of motion, and might even be able to touch your toes! In this video I will explain a very common mistake when people stretch their hamstrings, and how to retrain your body and movement to improve your range of motion much more effectively and efficiently.

*This is really about retraining movement pattern and improving functions rather than stretching hamstrings. The best way to improve your hamstrings flexibility and functions is to incorporate this movement pattern into your daily activities such as putting on shoes/socks, picking something up from the floor so that you'll be lengthening hamstrings more throughout the day. Once you start to integrate this bending pattern, you'll be lengthening hamstrings a lot more than just doing hamstring stretches several times/day. Remember, this is about retraining movement pattern and improving functions!
