Gujarati Sandwich Dhokla & Green chutney Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 Cup Chawal(Rice)
1/2 cup Urad Dal (Black Gram)
1 Tsp Methi Dana (Fenugreek seed)
Water
1/2 cup Poha(Flattened Rice)
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup water
2 to 3 Tbl sp water

Green Chutney
3 to 4 Tikhiwali Hari Mirch(Spicy Green Chilli)
1 inch Adrak chopped (Ginger)
1 Tbl sp Chini(Sugar)
1/4 cup Besan sev
1/2 Tsp Jeera(Cumin seed)
1 Tbl sp Moongfali (Peanut)
1/2 Tsp salt
1 cup Hara Dhania Dandi ke Sath(Green coriander leaves with stem)
1/4 cup Pudina ke Patte(Mint leaves)
3 ice cube
1/2 Limboo Ka Ras(Lemon juice)
(1 to 1 1/2 Tsp)
1 Tbl sp Cold water
1 Tbl sp water
1 Tbl sp oil
1 Pinch Baking Soda
1 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
1 1/2 cup Batter
3 Tbl sp Chutney
Sprinkle Roughly Crushed Kali Mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
Tadka
1 Tbl sp oil
1 Tsp Rai(Mustard seed)
1 Pinch Hing (Asafoetida)
1 Tsp Safed Til(White Sasame)
2 Hari Mirch Chopped (Green Chilii)
5 to 6 Curry Patta(Curry leaves)
